The Vocational College Students' Practice Management System Based On The Three-Layer Architecture

Post practice is an important component of Vocational Teaching, as well as a significant way to improve teaching quality. However, according to the investigation of requirements and present situations to the internship and employment status, most of the vocational colleges did little on the managements of students'practice outside the school, at the same time didn't touch employments units closely. It directly leads to serious results of the students'practice and it is hard to reach a due aim of internship. Therefore, it will be an important task for us to get communications among students, enterprises and the colleges, strengthen the management of undergraduates, improve work efficiency and quality of employment and strengthen school-enterprise cooperation.The development and implementation of this system can make the management of student internships smooth and it can also make the students well be informed of the outside course, timely and accurate notification issued by the school and the need for new materials. This system can help to connect the enterprises and internship students and supply internships services to students and provide the employers with qualified graduates.This paper firstly analyzes the background of this internships managements system development and then mainly explains the primary tasks. In description of the requirements, this paper gives the functional analysis of the internships management and also gives the analysis of design aim principles and skill framework in the part of overall system design, subsequently it gives the outline and detail design to the function of the system. At last, it presents the system.This paper mainly completes the following tasks:1. The administrator module function. It mainly reaches main achievement of the interface settings by administrator users, the settings of system configuration information and a number of other information management.2. Internship supervisor module function. It mainly reaches main achievement of the leading-in of student information, publishing the latest policy notification, settings of the polling (identification of needy students, scholarships and bursaries class voting), sending of an internal short messages and employment information, checking the internships information issued by employers and filling out Students practice records.3. The internships module functions. It is mainly about the inquiry of students'credits, the acceptance of internal messages (reminders, employment information), filling-out of a form (for needy students or application for scholarships) and resume, the delivery of resumes..4. The employing unit module function, it is mainly about the functions of the improvements and publishing of employments information, access to student resumes; filling in the student's performance during the internship and so on.The completion of this system can enhance the training of students for professional guidance, psychological counseling, ability guidance, also can strengthen management of internship students; links with business, better the depth and breadth of school-enterprise cooperation and make the students'management easier.
