Thermal power is a system that changes chemical energy into electrical, which is not only related to the safe operation of the normal production of electricity, but also to the smooth operation of the grid, as well as the safety of plant personnel and equipment. In order to ensure the safe operation of thermal power units, the unit equipment for scientific and efficient defect management is essential. In this context, power equipment defect management system produced more and more attention and research scholars site personnel. Using electrical equipment defect management system can have greatly improved information technology, automation level thermal power equipment defects management and achieve scientific and efficient management.In this background, this article Aiming at the problem of ningxia power plant equipment defect management system management process is not complete, based on artificial operation error-prone, no detailed classification to defects, is not convenient to query and statistical, uses ASP.NET development platform, B/S software structure developed in ningxia equipment defect management system for thermal power unit. Based on the layered design method is adopted in system architecture design, from the presentation layer, business logic layer and data interface layer respectively to design the system platform. At the same time,Defects to add, query, classification, statistical analysis, user management functional modules was designed and implemented, In order to realize the function of the system of the modular application and Increasing the service efficiency of system operation。Through the design of method described in this article, the system can realize the user login, flaws to add, query processing, defects, defect classification, statistical analysis, etc.The system has been verified on-site applications, manage equipment defects than in the past based on manual recording mode, which greatly improves the power plant equipment normative defect management, reducing the manual recording errors, improve equipment maintenance and defect maintenance efficiency, with obvious economic benefits.
