With the rapid development of society,new energy vehicles have been deeply rooted among people.Pure electric vehicles,as a green energy traffic development signs,possesses the characteristics of safety,comfort,environmental protection and so on,which are popular and beloved by the general.China has become one of the largest new energy vehicles in the incremental market.The electric car market consented by the majority of experts becomes the the future prospects under the help and the subsidy support of the government in recent years.By analyzing the management status of the new energy vehicle charging,this paper designs a set of electric vehicle intelligent charging system under the background of the new energy electric vehicle charging pile,relying on a large-scale charging pile company access port platform.In this paper,th e multi-argument has proved the functional business requirements of the system with the investigation of the distribution of electric vehicle charging piles in many cities,combined with the actual situation of difficult electric vehicle charging.The func tional requirements of this system mainly include the requirements of charging pile access interface,the requirements of station management module,the requirements of owners of the APP module,the background needs of management module.Through the detail ed research and design of the system and the key technology,the system has been designed in detail.Firstly,the goal and principle of the system has been established.Secondly,the core function of the module is designed in detail.Finally,the data tran smission of the system and the background management of the module is also completed.In this study,the construction of charging station management system,owner APP and intelligent charging management background system have achieved the the characteristi c of quick charging and easy charging for electric vehicle owners.And thus the owner can easily find,locate,navigate and charge,and moreover,can achieve the initiation,suspension,reservation,deposit,payment and the real-time query of charging status and progress.After the realization of the system,it provides a strong support of the electric vehicle charging service network for the management operator with the high efficiency and orderly of operator management.In addition,the system can easily solve the problem of finding a pile through the realization of the intelligent and standardized management of the electric vehicle.
