Domestic charging platforms nowadays are big but not technical,which can not meet the special charging demand of users.The "range anxiety" and "charging anxiety"haven't been resolved.The charging information management can be unified better by the design and implementation of intelligent charging service platform for electric vehicle.In this paper,a reliable technical support for the development of large-scale"new energy vehicles" was provided,which is of great significance.The resource of public charging stations and private charging pilse was integrated,and an intelligent charging service platform for electric vehicle service was studied with key points below:(1)According to the business architecture,the charging service platform for electric vehicle was divided into 7 sub-systems:charging station query system,charging appointing system,charging pile sharing system,user manager,data access system,remote charging station manager and intelligent charging dispatch manager.The physical architecture was designed from 4 perspectives:stratified,cluster,caching,and asynchronous.And the hardware design of the parking lock was designed as well.(2)From the perspective of overall function structure,data flow,system function,data tables,interface protocol and data communication mechanism,the 7 sub-systems of intelligent charging service platform for electric vehicle were designed and realized.(3)A fast search method for charging stations was designed.In this paper,the searching process to the charging stations is divided into 2 steps:searching and filtering.And the search algorithm is based on multi level grid index.Moreover,the algorithm complexity was analyzed in detail,and it was verified by an actual query scenario.(4)An intelligent charging path planning method was designed.On the basis of considering the shortest total travel time,a charging path planning algorithm was proposed to ensure that the charging path is consistent with the actual path.Compared with the traditional method,the difference of grid density was avoid by the algorithm effectively.At the same time,the shortest path planning algorithm was proposed.An example was given to prove the quickness and practical of the algorithm.
