In the dual pressures of energy and the environment,the world began to vigorously develop the electric car industry,electric vehicles will undoubtedly become the most promising transportation in the 21 st century.Electric vehicle charging facilities are the basic guarantee of the electric vehicle industry,and the degree of completeness of the charging service has a direct impact on the development of electric vehicle industry.In view of the current situation of China’s electric vehicle charging facilities operators for their respective camps,as well as the poor user experience,this thesis designed and realized a set of database,service,desktop management client,mobile client as one of the electric car charging service platform.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on WCF,a service-oriented electric vehicle charging service platform is designed.On the one hand,the charging service platform communicates with the charging pile through Ethernet,on the other hand,it provides the data service for the desktop management client and the mobile client.The use of the charging service platform makes a large number of charging piles to form a charging service network,which realizes the information sharing of the charging pile,and enhances the management function of the charging pile and improves the intelligent degree of the charging pile.(2)The charging pile access protocol of the electric vehicle charging service platform is designed.The charging pile and the charging service platform communicate through the heartbeat data frame,the IC card query data frame,the charging state data frame,the charging history data frame and the fault data frame,the charging pile which can satisfy the agreement or can be converted into the protocol through the conversion module can be connected to the charging service platform,this will break the "island" charging service status quo between Different Charging Pile Operators.(3)Based on Android,a charging service platform mobile client is designed.Mobile client can provide electric vehicle owners to charging pile map,charging reservation,charge status monitoring,charging history query,rechargeable card recharge,charge card reported loss and other services.Andriod mobile client can solve the current problem,such as difficult to find charging pile and need to wait for the charging,greatly improve the charging experience,then called fully electric car owners enthusiasm,to achieve a virtuous cycle of the electric vehicle charging service ecosystem.
