In contemporary Chinese society, the problem of air pollution is increasing and more more serious.As one of the important sources of atmospheric pollution, fuel cars have brought a lot of conveniences for human social life, but their emissions also bring us the increasingly serious air pollution, which hurt our health body. The electric vehicled have lots of advantages such as zero emissions, high energy utilization, simple structure and low noise, which are already developed into the focus of the development of the automotive industry. An army marches on its stomach. As the charging equipment of electric vehicles, the research on the related technologies of charging piles is the prerequisite for the popularization of electric vehicles.This article is on the basis of the model based on embedded system, designed and implemented the electric car charging pile control management system. This system composes of embedded control center module and metering and billing module, which is mainly applied in the control, data transmission, man-machine exchange of embedded system, etc to realize the charging control monitoring and display features of electric car by LCD.First of all, establish the whole solution framework of AC charging pile billing management system. According to the functional requirement of AC charging pile, the control system of AC charging pile is determined with embedded as the center, which is realized by embedded control technology. Reference to technical standards of State Grid, the design and implementation of real-time monitoring of the current state of power grid embedded control center. From the actual user point of view, select the appropriate payment and realize the communication between the embedded control center and embedded control system. Based on the application of human camputer interaction technology, the GUI interface can be designed and implemented to meet the users operation. The operation control of the AC charging pile can be realized through the touch screen. After realizing the features of main components, assembly the sample of AC charging pile,test and debug the basic operation features of charging pile.The AC charging pile samples can meet all the basic functions of nowadays charging pile,the man-machine interactive, GUI display correct, stable running, reserve the space for future functional extension.
