Design And Implementation Of College Entrance Office System Based On HTML5 Technology

With the rapid development of society and the continuous innovation of computer technology,all walks of life are getting innovated on the basis of Internet technology.Colleges,as the most important constituent groups of society,are keeping the speed of information trend.University orientation is a huge and systematic work,attracting attentions of all sectors of society.Traditional orientation work needs multiple coordination across departments and across colleges,which shows the characteristics of cumbersomeprocess and inefficient,and thusit is particula rly urgent for the work of orientation to get a systematic management.According to the current management status ofcolleges and universities,this thesis,using HTML5 technology and relying on the school information management platform,designs a set of new office management system for colleges and universities under the background of new management in a university and the actual situation of the university.Through the investigation of the new work management of universitiesandmany discussions,this paper ultimately ensures the functional requirements of the system under the support of university staffs.Moreover,through in-depth study of Internet software design theory and key technology,a detailed analysis about the business needs of all kinds of syste m and the needs of system functional business has been designed with details.First of all,this paper designs the architecture and interface of system,using the key technology of HTML5 system with details in the front page.Finally,the paper focuses on the design of the system background with use of Java technology and Oracle technology.In theprocess of design,it gives a full consideration to the performance of system security and database structure and characteristics.After completing the design of v arious functional modules,the system achieves the functions of student enrollment management,maintenancedepartment,student payment inquiry,student residence management,report management and so on.After the implementation of the system,managerscan fully and conveniently understand the dynamics of studentsthrough the login system,which helps students query all kinds of information at anytime and in anywhere.The college entrance office management system will systematically manage the original tediousmanual work of the university,and the user can login to the system,manage the basic process such as payment,goods receiving,household registration and dormitory allocation,so as to simplify the process and improve the efficiency of the work.
