Development And Design Of OA System For Colleges And Universities

In this paper, the author proposed "Campus Cooperative Office Automation System" research program, which is based on Hangzhou Vocational & Technical College's administrative departments and each department's document management and administration of the Department of Management as the core, and which is based on high-performance Internet-based collaboration platform and excellent office management system. This program integrated advanced collaborative management philosophy, and the actual needs of every teacher. Based on the traditional office automation system and the college's teaching and the operating Situation, the author integrated effectively various resources and added unique management and modules, such as research management, management letters.At the same time this program stressed the campus features to provide a practical and effective solution of communicating between various departments through the campus network technology. To solve a variety of information and network security issues, the author also discussed the multi-layer structure based on J2EE enterprise-class development combined CA certificate, and studied systems analysis, design and implementation.Firstly, the author explained the significance of the object of this article, as well as domestic and foreign PKI system and the development of OA status. The understanding of enterprise development based on J2EE technology and understanding of PKI systems provided technical reserves for the research project. This paper made an analysis on the office automation system, based on the which, the author designed the system's overall framework and modules.Then through system analysis using UML, the author set up a functional model. On these analysis, the article focuses on the functions of the system module design, database design and implementation of methods of vehicle management module.Finally, combined with the state College OA system, the author brought out a PKI system, CA-based authentication system (HZVTC CA), providing online security support for office systems technology. Based on the analysis, this paper mainly discussed the methods on how to put the design of all system modules,the design of database and the modules of car management system into practice.The system is divided into six modules:document flow management, information dissemination and management, vehicle management, office cadres and leave management, shift management, personal office functions.The system has been tested to run properly currently, and all the functions meets with customer needs very well. The system now has been put into use and have achieved good results.
