Admission work has always been a focus among all works of the department of student affairs of universities all year round.Due to national conditions and historical reasons,the admission work of China's universities features limited time,concentrated business and heavy workload.With rapid development of computer software development technologies,the technologies and methods of developing digital admission systems are also increasingly improved.Nowadays,the public cloud computing service is gradually becoming the mainstream of internet open services.In addition,as situation recognition technologies such as AI spatial orientation,optical character recognition,face recognition,and near field communication become increasingly mature,the traditional digital admission model will gradually transform into the “Internet+” Digital Admission Model.With continuous expansion of functional requirements of digital admission,the digital admission system will gradually extend to the pre-registration process,including student information verification and pre-entry communication.In application study of situation recognition technology-based digital admission system for universities,all kinds of built-in situation recognition tools of mobile intelligent terminals and various API provided by the public cloud PaaS were adopted to realize process reengineering of admission activities.After seriously learning and understanding mobile internet-related technologies,the digital admission system was deployed on the cloud platform.Meanwhile,the telecom operator's existing 4G mobile communication network was taken as the main network,and the school's self-constructed wireless local area network was taken as the auxiliary network,in order to readjust the digital admission network structure.Thus,data interaction between personal mobile terminal devices and the server deployed on the cloud platform was directly realized via the mobile internet.Through application study of situation recognition technology-based digital admission system for universities,further innovation based on traditional digital admission system was realized.Applications of cloud computing,mobile internet and situation recognition technologies to the digital admission system not only brought freshmen,parents and faculty a brand-new admission and registration method and provided freshmen and parents with high-efficiency,fast,one-stop services,but also allowed freshmen,parents and teachers to unconsciously experience the “Internet+” life brought by education informatization in the network environment of mobile internet.In addition,this system also played a positive role of demonstration for construction of smart campus for universities.
