The construction industry is one of the pillar industries and important material production sector in our national economy,and it is also a industry which owns high risk and frequent emergencies.Therefore security management in building construction is very important.It is an average situation that the supervision and operation of construction industry is in disorder in China,while the quality of emploees in this industry is relatively poor on the whole,the management is rather rough,and the level of informationization is low.All these led to a severe result that the incidence of accident is much too high,thus making the security of construction an urgent problem under the background of the rapid development of China's economy.Remote monitoring and control system is increasingly applied to the construction industry,but there exist many defects in traditional remote monitoring and control systems,such as the poor quality in mobility,flexibility,the old data transfer protocol,and sameness of monitor terminal type,the simplify of storage management.Aiming at these problems,this thesis combined the recent situation of construction production safety and status of safety management,and a set of real-time monitoring system which is based on RTMP is designed and developed.The main research of this paper are as follows:1,The paper took the status of building construction field stage video surveillance applications into consideration,which found that existing monitoring application platforms are too single.To clarify research direction,the background of these topics are analyzed,and some academic research were be referred.2,Real-time monitoring system adopted the method of prototyping to analyze the functional requirements and non-functional requirements,write the corresponding questionnaire survey to investigate the building construction enterprises,and interview with several senior managers.At last,the final function of the system has been finalized by comprehensive analysis.It contains real-time monitored the key position of building site,support for viewing on Web terminal,PC client and Android terminal,system management and so on.This system possessed a degree of security,robustness,stability and scalability.3,Be combined with the particularity of the construction site,H.264 is used to encode and decode for video streaming because of its high compression rate,and videotransmission function between the server and the respective terminals was realized by using PTMP.4,Based on the requirements mentioned above and the technical features of video surveillance,the system architecture has been designed with MVC framework model,which is logically divided into several top-down layers as data layer,platform layer,service layer,application layer and interaction layer,and is physically composed of RTMP streaming media server,Web server,PC client and Android client.The monitor-side of real-time monitoring system used HD network camera which supported for RTMP protocol to capture video data,and then the video information was uploaded through a unified interface to a RTMP streaming media server.After that,the real-time video or video recording can be accessed through calling the RTMP client interfaceon the the application layer.At the same time,there are three ways for construction manager to monitor the construction work,such as Web browser,PC terminal,tablets or phone.the system can realize video compression code based on the H.264 standard,and then packed the compressed video data to network.Client can receive data packets by the network which can bereal-time played.The newly developed video monitoring system can support for accessing to the wireless network and viewing real-time video footage about several key points in construction monitoring and control,can compress and code the video data collected by front-end of video,and can transmit real-time picture of construction site to specified client by network according to client request,meanwhile,client can perform operation of local store by decoding video stream.The system has been deployed and applied in a certain construction site,and according to the performance we can tell that when compared with other traditional remote monitoring system,our system displayed the integrity of functions and a considerable advantage of stability,security and scalability.
