Because of its variety,office equipment has been used in a large number of enterprises and institutions.And the usage of office equipment will shows a positive or even linear growth with units' grandness.Therefore,the management of enterprise office equipment will become more and more important.The original design of the system is to improve the the waste of resources,poor maintenance or even the situation of loss,which due to improper management of current stage.Office equipment management system's requirements are in line with the actual situation,to meet the needs of the vast majority of units,and its development tools are powerful My Eclipse10.5.The system uses B/S(Browser/server)architecture.It uses current popular My Eclipse10.5,and SQL Server 2015 to develop and operate the database system.The development process takes full account of the user's experience and security.The final product interface is practical,simple and flexible.Because the JSP technology is mature and stable and the concurrency is strong,we use JSP technology to develop this system.Before the start of this project,a detailed analysis had been given,which may be encountered in the office equipment management system in the whole development process.Finally we decided to adopt the life cycle of software development method to develop: first,we carry on the demand analysis;Second,we give outline design and detailed design;Third we carry on the specific encoding work.With the accelerating of the global economic integration's process,the industrialized economic model has become the past.Global economic development has experienced the Internet age in the past 30 years.The information age has now gradually entered the data age.In the overall background data era,enterprises should keep pace with the times,change management,and realize information management rapidly,which can avoid artificial errors and corruption in the management process,reduce the cost of management,and improve the production efficiency.The Office equipment management system came into being in such a big environment.Modern business manager must recognize the importance of the good management of office equipment in enterprise management.It could use office equipment management system to change the attitude of managers.Make full use of office equipment,and it will create the greatest economic for enterprises and benefits for Social manufacturing efficiency.
