With gradually development of college education's reformation,its ways and methods are improving and perfecting more and more,and traditional methods have not been fully met actual demands in the process of college education quality evaluation at present.That students evaluate education on line and computer programs reach results through the computer network has been adopted by various colleges and universities al home and abroad.But generally the method used,but because the complexity of evaluation of teaching quality and the uncertainty of evaluation goals,which makes it unsatisfactory when many computer programs evaluate teaching quality.This dissertation presents a Simplified Rete Inference Engine of high education quality evaluation which is designed and developed based on the idea of expert system.Expert system is employed as the architecture in the article.By way of related theories of fuzzy mathematics and linear programming and with the idea of Knowledge Base,developing a general and practical teaching quality evaluation system is an active and useful attempt.This dissertation proposes that expert knowledge base be designed bused on relational database,and knowledge be managed centralisedly in the knowledge base by the mature management technology in relational database in the process of the designation of expert knowledge base,which is convenient to add,delete,modify,browser etc.and enhances knowledge transparency to technology people.Mathematical model is developed by the concept of fuzzy mathematics with regard to the uncertainly of teaching quality evaluation.Standard fuzzy partition is used in the evaluation domain with the theory of standard fuzzy partition of fuzzy mathematics.11∞weight of evaluation indicators is determined by Delphi Method so that a fuzzy evaluation matrix is constituted.Evaluation matrixes are summarized and inferred by the use of integrated weighted method and evaluation conclusions are reached at last.On the Implementation of the system,the object-oriented software engineering methodology is adopted.Object-oriented analysis and design are used for the system demands,and then the article tries to test black box testing,which guarantees that the system is right on the logistics and reliability on use.
