Personnel Equipment For Small And Medium Enterprises Based On RFID Design And Development Of Management System

With the continuous developm ent of information technology,information technology has penetrated into all aspect s of production and life.Intelligent information technologies have changed people' s work and life style.With economic globalization and m arket competition pricking u p,enterprises need to borrow inf ormation means for standardized management of personnel and equipm ent to help companies build a more intelligent management system.Radio-frequency identification(RFID)is a kind of fast,real-tim e and accurate information acquisition and processing of goods,and corresponding information in one of the automatic identification technology.Through radio frequency signals,the RFID can give the non-contact two-way data communications,which achieved the recognition object recognition in real-time and data exchange with PC.Based on the RFID technology and management systems,we develop and design a small and medium enterprise equipment management system.The system uses RFID radio frequency identification technology as the bridge dynamic management technology of people and equipment,instead of the small and medium enterprises still using paper do cuments to record traditional m anagement methods,achieves dynam ic management of personnel and equipm ent information.The whole system carried out with Microsoft SQL Server to complete the database design and C# as PC user-interface design.The project design for sm all and medium enterprise equipment management system can be effective ways of improving the management management of enterprises ' personnel,equipment,and improve overall operational ef ficiency of the m anagement of enterprises,management of equipment and staff can do it pr omptly of any changes in classification,real-time queries,information in a timely mannerMajor work of this article:(1)Overall design of the system : Carried on the analysis to the actual users who need to use the system(an Aviation Enterprise in Shaanxi Province)and to determine the use of research and development dire ction of the tar get to bu ild RFID-based personnel and equipment management system.After the development of clear direction,we will analyz e and expound the design and develo pment process of this system,then finally work out the overall design of the system.(2)Design and Im plementation of Hard ware System: In acco rdance with the requirements of the system,select the desired system RF cards,RFID reader module.Based on the selected device,design and develop a hardware system which is suit for the needs of the enterprise.(3)System Software Developm ent: mainly includes three parts: software of upper computer for reader,serial writing server and database design and development.Reader PC software used to implement generated label information.The overall application uses visual studio 2012 as a developm ent tool,using C # as develop language,running on the server,with SQL Server 2008 as the back-end database server.(4)Implementation and Testing of the syst em: by supporting the developm ent of PC software and lower computer hardware,to achieve the overall operation of the system,and make a practical testing for system function and performance.Analysis the test results and c ompare the business needs to c omplete the development and design of the over all system design Based on the RFI D technology and management systems,we develop and design a small and medium enterprise equipment management system.Finally,the test proved the feasibility and accu racy of the design which solved business requirements.
