With the development of the Internet of things,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology which is applied to inventory management environment has become the focus of research.Inventory management system has the ability to monitor the status of the tag and the statistical number of tags that can provide the necessary information for managers to judge the missing of goods and control the quantity of storage. But for the large-scale electronic tag inventory management system, the traditional RFID anti-collision algorithm is inefficient and not applicable.Aiming at this problem, our paper focuses on the research of the missing tags detection protocol and the tag cardinality estimation protocol in the inventory environment. Both of these protocols belong to detection protocol. The main research results and innovations are as follows:1.This paper analyzes the research background and current situation of RFID technology, and points out the main problems existing in the inventory management environment. The mainly study problem are existence of RFID tags and the cardinality estimation of tags. And we decide study scope and ideas of this paper. The structure, working principle of RFID system and the RFID anti-collision protocol are analyzed, which lays the foundation for researching RFID fast detection algorithm and RFID cardinal estimation algorithm.2.Aiming at the existence of RFID tags, the current RFID tag detection protocol is studied emphatically. And a fast detection protocol based on multi-hash is proposed to reduce the non-single time slot. The protocol uses multi-round Hash function,so that all the tags can correspond to a single time slot, through the actual frame and predictive frame comparison to determine the existence of the tags. The simulation results show that the protocol can significantly improve the detection rate of the tag with the same environmental conditions.3.Based on the multi-hash based RFID tag detection protocol, this paper proposes an RFID detection protocol based on frame state grouping. The protocol first uses Hash to get the collision frame without collision time slot. Then the tag is grouped by the frame state to determine the final time slot, and the specific response sequence number is calculated. The protocol finally uses the characteristics of the Manchester code to compare the status of each bit to determine the existence of the tag.The protocol reduces the waiting time in a frame, and can further improve the detection rate of tags. The simulation results show that the protocol can improve the detection rate in the same environment, and greatly reduces the detection time of the tag when compared with the existing protocol.4.Aiming at the problem of RFID cardinality estimation,a tag cardinality estimation protocol based on tree depth grouping is proposed. The aim of the research is to reduce the energy consumption of the system with the active electronic tag environment. The protocol divides the tags into different frames by the ID of the tag and the tree depth grouping mechanism. Then allocates the time slots of the tags by geometric Hash, lastly estimates the total number of tags through the observations obtained from multiple frames.Compared with the previous protocol simulation, the tag set needs less response in the same accuracy requirement that indicates the energy consumption of the system is reduced. The simulation also proves that the protocol reduces the estimation time of system.
