In recent years, computer technology and communication technology has been considerable development, multimedia technology as a basis, has been an unprecedented popularity, to promote the modernization of education provides a strong opportunity. Schools at all levels are now commonly used in multimedia classroom teaching, the increasing size of multimedia teaching school, it has become an important means of teaching in the classroom teacher, and research on multimedia classroom management system is also becoming increasingly important. At the same time, to develop breakthrough technologies for the strong support of RF, radio frequency identification (RFID) systems quickly with its high reliability, storage capacity, environmental adaptability, recognition speed and other technical characteristics in order to replace the traditional identification system quickly occupied recognition system applications. In such a rapid development of technology, the cost of teaching resources management stressed conditions, based on RFID technology proposed multimedia classroom management system has the inevitability of its era.In traditional, contemporary mainstream multimedia management system, it is also mainly used paper registration key to open the way. Sometimes errors occur due to teacher records errors teacher did not occupy a multimedia classroom teaching related courses will lead to pointless waste of teaching resources. Failure to manage this kind of nonsense teacher and student assistants bring extra workload, university courses increasingly rich classroom management information needs of the growing number of manual records of staff to find relevant information quickly and accurately in management also becomes increasingly difficult. In order to solve this problem, you can extend the multimedia classroom campus card management system, as long as the card will be able to open the media, not only convenient, but also to keep up with the times.In this paper, the information management system for multimedia classroom for professional design, including hardware and software components. First, based on the systematic analysis of the relevant functional requirements for the hardware and software parts of the overall function of the design and operating module division. The hardware part of the reader uses a new generation of enhanced STC12C5A32S2 8051 series chip as the core control chip. RF module uses highly integrated reader IC family MFRC500 chips. The hardware part is divided into the main control module, RF transceiver module, serial communication module, LCD display module of several modules, buttons and buzzer module and solenoid switch module, text them detailed design, including chip selection, circuit design, programming and so on. Each module features are as follows:Control module:mainly responsible for controlling the operation of the circuit, and the completion of each module data exchange, processing; RF transceiver modules:the main achievement of mifare 1 card data read and read data to the master modules corresponding data processing; serial communication modules: Implementation and communication functions of the PC; LCD display module:for data display;keys and buzzer modules:module buzzer beeps in different conditions to prompt correct operation, successful or not. By VB6.0 integrated development environment to achieve the data record, view, add, modify, delete functions.
