Nowadays,the demand for electrical energy is increasing with the rapid development of economy in China.As a consequent,the size of the power system is getting larger and larger.Power communication network is an important facility which connects the power plants,power companies,substations and transmission lines infrastructure.And the network stability and reliability have a significant impact on the service quality and profitability of the power system.Power Communication Network Call Center(PCNCC)is a very important sector in power companies to realize an overall operation management of communications network.On the basis of the dynamic analysis of the current information management systems which have been deployed in power system,PCNCC could maintain the operation of the electric power communication network,receive the incoming requests on-site maintenance nodes and send maintenance signals when detecting network anomalies.Under the background of informatization and digitization development,how to improve the management and service quality of electric power communication network of call centers has become a big challenge to power supply companiesThe design and implement work of information management platform system in Nanchong Power Company Power Communication Network Call Center is researched thoroughly in this thesis.Based on the power communication network management systems or platforms of the existing electric system,the operational status data of the power communication network could be sent and displayed graphically on the big screen of the call center through the data integration and analysis work.Therefore,the system can provide call center staff a visual status check and real-time data monitoring.In a specific development,this system uses development technology based on NET platform and adopts B/S and C/S hybrid network mode.Call center staff in the system can make a maintenance of the interactive data management rules and parsing rules in the Web pages.The system's background automatically operates the logic operation of data acquisition,analysis,and graphical processing.In specific research work,this thesis firstly makes a research on the related theory and technology in the system development,including network communications architecture,TCP/IP communicationstechnology,.NET platform functional framework,C# programming,graphical data processing technology,etc.Secondly,it makes investigation and analysis on the power system call center business and then processes need analysis work of the system,including functional requirements modeling,data modeling,process modeling and performance needs analysis.Based on the need analysis of the system,the design work is studied,including the overall application architecture design,function module detailed design,database design and functional module development realization.Finally,the testing work of the system is researched thoroughly,including system configuration,test environment,test scripting,test procedures,test results,etc.The research of this thesis bases on the informatization project of Nanchong Power Company Power Communication Network Call Center,and uses the development of software projects as a support.It could provide information technology tools to support the daily operational management of the power communication network call center.And at the mean time,the research of this thesis will be of great reference value to communication network information management of the domestic electricity supply companies.
