The arrival of the era of digitizing information has been greatly changing the modes of production, people's styles of life, the ways of people's work, and people's learning habit. Computer network and Internet play a more and more role. The website, being the junction of storing, renewing, spreading information, is more and more brilliant and various. To education, it is very clear that the website provides the convenience and effectiveness of sharing educational information and resource, for it can break the restriction of time and space, which is possible to make the lifelong education and extensive mass education come true.Underlying many domestic cases of website construction and my own experience of the website of educational information, this paper pondered over the education information central website construction and its theoretical foundation.
