The express delivery industry development in China has several decades of history, mainly in the domestic market which four international express giants, the nationalization EMS, and represented by a of private express delivery like SF, ShenTong are competing intensely. Each company constantly opening new service network, through mergers and acquisitions, invest resources trying to get a bigger market share. Especially aware of the full use of advanced information technology, combined with customer demand features of the courier company, the use of Internet e-commerce website application to promote business expansion and cost-effectively, enhance the efficiency of logistics information services, rationalized and systematized.From birth to the present, the e-commerce in China has developed more than a decade, has been gradually showing a spurt of development trend. More and more traditional logistics enterprises gradually launched online value-added logistics services, but during the promotion of online services and the pursuit of visits, often do not have the user access experience taken seriously enough. In China Internet network infrastructure is more complex, there is a delay of the transmission network application data from the server to the end user in the backbone network, CDN content delivery network, application server, are likely to lead normal users can not open the online application or open slowly, which making bad effect in the user experience and information service levels, resulting in lower user satisfaction. The quality of accessing online applications in different time periods is different. To grasp the user experience performance in different time periods and different geographical which is the vital significance of the governors.How to get the data of user experienced performance which accessing online applications from different areas and analyzed in accordance with the different latitude perspective, to find the impact of user experienced performance elements has become pressing concerns of the management.This article uses a unique distributed performance monitoring model which deployed user terminal peers nationwide to monitor a typical application of online e-commerce site of logistics enterprises U. With the data analysis of the online business scenario of U use performance-consuming positioning model to analyze the current performance bottleneck of its existence, and proposed technical solutions to enhance the access of the U domestic users experience, drawing on empirical data, expected results analysis, showed that the model has good application value, which could help to improve the U company’s information technology service levels and customer satisfaction.
