Research On Problems Of Information Retrieval Service In Digital Archives

Since twenty-first century,the nation has been promoting the construction of digital archives,the public?s demand of archives utilization is also improving.Digital archives has been an important window for public to acquire archives information under this background.Information retrieval service is the first part of information service provided by digital archives,its quality is not only related to users? experience of finding archives,but related to proceeding of subsequent information service.In April 2016,the National Archives released the 13 th Five-Year Development Plan of National Archives(hereinafter referred to as the "13th Five-Year" plan).It proposes to promote the construction of digital archives(room),at the same time,improves archives public service capacity,enhances realization and user satisfaction of archives public service.To enhance the information retrieval service of the digital archives is not only the realistic need of archives utilization,but also an important task of national archives? development.This paper combines theory with practice,selects six digital archives which constructed better as a case,applies investigation and case analysis as research method,makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the current situation of the information retrieval service of these digital archives.This paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,expounds the research ideas,methods and innovation point of this paper;the second chapter defines the related conception of digital archives information retrieval service,expounds the superiority and elements of archives information retrieval service,and outlines the current situation of digital archives information service in our country;the third chapter is to analyze the problem of digital archives information retrieval service concretely,from the aspects of the construction of archival resources,retrieval functions,and search assistance and feedback services,divided into eight points,points out the common existing problems about the digital archives information retrieval service;the fourth chapter,basing on the problems got from the third chapter,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of the digital archives information retrieval service;the last part is the conclusion part,summarizes the main points of the article,the inadequacies and the future research direction.This paper attempts to study the digital archives information retrieval service in our country,to provide operable countermeasures to improve the quality of the digital archives information retrieval service,enhance the efficiency of the retrieval and utilization of archives information,promote the practice progress of construction and service of the digital archives,to improve archives? public service capacity.
