Research On The Service Capability Of Archives Under The Perspective Of Information Rights

With the continuous enhancement of the consciousness of social public rights,there are contradictions and conflicts in the information rights between archives users and archives in the process of providing archives utilization service in archives.On the basis of redefining the connotation and extension of the service ability of archives,combing the related concepts of information rights,and expounding the relationship between the two,combined with the current situation of archives website utilization Service and access to the library,this paper investigates and evaluates the service ability of archives in China from the aspects of horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,and aiming at improving the service ability of archives,this paper points out the future development direction of archives in China and puts forward the corresponding methods and approaches.
