The Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Production Management System Based On C/S Model

Although the cigarette packaging enterprises have developed rapidly,the majority of enterprises the basic realization of the production lines,and gradually realize the production automation,but because the workshop or the traditional artificial statistics model,management personnel at all levels and departments lack of system management,production management and information level is not high,there are many problems to be solved.Such as production information data can not be shared in real time,production personnel manually collecting production data accuracy is not high.It seriously hinde rs the process of workshop management informatization,and is not suitable for improving production efficiency and workshop management level.Therefore,it has realistic significance to design a production analysis system based on C/S model for cigarette packaging enterprises.The main purpose of this system is to make full use of information technology and combine the actual production needs of cigarette manufacturers,design and de velop a production analysis system suitable for cigarette packaging enterpr ises,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and win the market.The main contents of this paper include the overall design of the production system of cigarette factory and the detailed design of each module according to the workshop production process and the functional requirements of the system.The system uses C/S architecture,using Power Builder as the system development platform,Power Script language as a specific system development tool.The system makes SQLServer2008 as the background database,using OMRON's PLC as the lower computer real-time data acquisition,the design and function realization of production analysis system.Production analysis system can improve the acquisition speed of the enterprise production management department of production data workshop in cigarette enterprises after the trial operation,information can be real-time understanding of statistics,the single production team production,product information,machine operation status etc..Greatly reduce the workload of the production department statisticians and workshop staff,get rid of the previous manual manual data processing mode to the machine.The production analysis system of cigarette packaging enterprises has achieved the expected goal.It improves the informatization level of workshop production management and enterprise workshop management ability,speeds up the information transmission with production management department,and ensures the rationality and scientificalness of workshop production plan arrangement.
