As the reform of State Grid Corporation deepened, the statistics work is required to do meticulous to meet the development needs of statistics,standard statistical work standards, to further enhance the efficiency of the enumerators, therefore it is necessary build "Headquarters Company-Net Provincial Company-Grass-roots Enterprises" the multi-level application platform for the statistical work. Meanwhile, in order to establish the core of the company headquarters, efficient and safe system, information sharing, intelligence and modern technology support environment, which can be used for timely and accurately upload company issued production, operation and management decision-making information, a unified platform must be established for data exchange.In this paper, the work is done by a combination of practical works for National Grid SG186. First, the power production statistics business,service-oriented architecture and enterprise service bus technology are deeply researched and analyzed. Focusing on this base, the framework of power production statistics system is designed, next some core modules which inlude unified access services, receive services publishing service, delivery service and extraction service are researched and designed in data exchange platform which is based on SOA, the way and process of data exchange transmission are researched and analysed, so that it will be possible to achieve a "vertical through" shared channel in State Grid Corporation information systems, and improve sharing degree and utilization of public data. Finally, some of the key features of statistics system in power production are designed and improved, which includes report query, data checking, statistical analysis, historical data and data exchange, and so on. And we used the prediction algorithm which include curve fitting and gray sequence algorithm to predict the electricity sales index, the system is deployed in real environment, it could offer information support for decision-making of business leaders and the development of enterprise,experimental results show that is has greater application value.
