This paper have confirmed the objective system and function demand by means ofthe investigation of the scale, organization, function system, function demand andbusiness processing of the existing production system to the business enterprise. Basedon WuHai Electric Power Bureau function and actual status of all kinds of productiondepartment, system structure of WuHai Electric Power Bureau production MIS havebeen designed. The subsystem of Production MIS and principle for function module ofall subsystem have been analyzed, data class and data relation in each managementbusiness have been ascertained.The accomplished production management informationsystem can be used easily and flexibly.
