Abstract/Summary:
Biochip technology is a new technology that integrates biology,physics,chemistry and information.It is another revolutionary technological breakthrough after the life science research relay gene cloning technology,gene automatic sequencing technology and PCR technology.With the rapid development of biochip technology in recent years,biochip spotting instruments have attracted more and more attention.At present,most small and medium-sized enterprises in China mainly complete the preparation of biochips by importing foreign spotting instruments,which greatly increases the cost of biochips.Therefore,it is very important to design a biochip spotting instrument with high cost performance,large spotting range and high precision.In view of the above situation,this paper synthesizes the development status and actual operation situation at home and abroad,and designs a fully automatic micro biochip spotting instrument with STM32 single chip as the core controller.The spotting range of this spotter is5?50?L,and the spotting accuracy is within 2%.The specific design process: Firstly,according to the expectation,the overall scheme of the spotting instrument is designed,and the overall mechanical structure of the spotting instrument and the mechanical module of the spotting head are designed by using CAD software.Secondly,according to the requirements of the overall scheme,the components of each module of the spotter are selected and connected by hardware circuit,and STM32 is used as the controller.The system and the program of each module are programmed in C language in conjunction with the control flow.At the same time,using the Win Form form project in Visual Studio 2012 software to build the upper computer GUI layer,use C# programming language to write the corresponding control program and serial communication program.Finally,the necessity of path planning for spotting instrument is analyzed,and the genetic algorithm is used to plan the path of the spotting instrument.The indicators of the spotting instrument are verified and analyzed through experiments.The spotting instrument mainly uses the automation related technology,and through the design of the mechanical structure and hardware and software of the spotting system,the spotting instrument realizes the precise positioning in the spotting process,and the high-precision spotting and liquid level following during sampling.Compared with the current contact type spotter on the market,it has the advantages of high cost performance,high precision,wide spotting range,etc.,and has a good marketing prospect.
