Nowadays, most of the time people spent indoors; Therefore, the indoor environment isclosely related to the body’s vital and healthy people. At present, the existing detectionequipment is expensive, the simultaneous detection of gas species concentration of a single,simultaneous detection of various gases cannot; The existing equipment has not wirelesscommunication function, can only be used in the environment, the user can remote interiorview of the situation. The design for indoor air quality monitoring equipment of the existingdeficiencies, the use of popular embedded development technology and the current popularLinux operating system, the design of a detection of harmful gas formaldehyde and indoortemperature of the indoor air monitoring system based on embedded Linux system.This paper takes the indoor air monitoring system as the research object, firstintroduced the causes of the pollution of indoor gas pollution problem today, and the design ofthe background and significance; Secondly, introduces the whole design scheme selection ofseveral embedded operating system, processor chip and the monitoring system; Finally, thispaper introduces the hardware circuit design and software program design and monitoringsystem. Hardware circuit design, use STM32F103ZE-EK development board company ofmeaning law semiconductor production as the core of control system of the whole hardwaremodule; Software program design, application of embedded Linux operating system as thedevelopment board; And the LCD display, USB interface and SIM900A module driverhardware were design and development, but also the design of the application, the user needsto last, designs the indoor air monitoring system Qtopia interface based on the user experience,these procedures are Linux operating system on the development platform design.Using embedded Linux operating system in the indoor air quality monitoring system,the operating system is convenient for the users can freely design needed in the applicationfunctions, on the other hand, the Linux operating system with high stability and reliability.The monitoring system uses a touch screen technology, reduces the use of keys, from generalreduces the occupied volume of the system, the system is more compact, more convenient andusers. This monitoring system adopts the wireless communication technology, users can seethe quality of the indoor environment in the distance, convenient and quick.
