With the continuous accumulation of scientific knowledge,scientific research tends to work with the team.Scientific research cooperation can not only promote knowledge innovation,improve the scientific research productivity,but also reduce the cost and improve the organizational structure of the team etc..The most direct and important form of scientific research cooperation is thesis' co-authorship.In recent years,it has become a hot spot about how to study the cooperation of scientific research and promote the exchange between researchers,through the analysis of the thesis' co-authorship network.Key Laboratory,Ministry of education is an important part of the national innovation system of science and technology.It plays a more and more important role in discipline construction,training talents and social service.Therefore,to strengthen the research and construction of this kind of institutions has important significance.This paper uses the theory and methods of social network analysis,taking two Key Laboratories(a University),Ministry of education as the research objects,and collects the data of papers from 2000 to 2014.By using UCINET and Netdraw,the author establish the co-authorship network model;count the basic situation of the total number of papers,the number of CO authored papers,cooperation's degree,scale and model;calculate the density,cohesive subgroups,clustering coefficient,average path length,degree distribution and centrality which can reflect both macrocosm and individual attribute;compare and research the above statistical results;describe the features of small world and scale-free characteristics;also discuss the dynamic evolution process and the characteristic of the two laboratories' co-authorship network.Through the research,it is found that the Co authorship of the two Key Laboratories,Ministry of Education has high degree and more inter-agency cooperation;the CO authorship network has small world's features and scale-free characteristics;the core status of the character is obvious in the network;Z lab has less papers and smaller network than H Lab;Co authorship's scale is small;the CO authorship network has low density,multi core structure and a large number of "edge" members;Z laboratory's talent echelon construction needs to be strengthened;and the co-authorship evolution of the two laboratories is in good condition.And on this basis,the author put forward several suggestions to improve the Key Laboratory,Ministry of education scientific research cooperation,which has reference meaning to improve the cooperation structure and grasp the development direction.
