With the advanced merging of new generation information technology and traditional manufacturing and the expediting of the intelligent manufacturing development strategy a profound reform in the industry field is taking place throughout the world.Data Acquisition and real-time monitoring for CNC machine tools which was used extensively in manufacturing made managers can quickly find out the processing information,timely adjust the processing parameters and prevent machinery fault.So it can promote efficiency and production benefit.Based on the analysis of the current monitoring system of machine,the correlation technique of intelligent supervisor system which includes FOCAS protocol,date compression technique to industrial processes and data visualization technology was studied both experimentally and analytically.A scheme for data acquisition and real-time monitoring of CNC machine tools based on FOCAS protocol,an improved compression algorithm based on SDT(Spinning Door Transformation)and an intellectual visualization monitor control system based on Unity3 D was presented and designed.In order to realize the real-time acquisition and remote control of production data of FANUC CNC machine tools,the FOCAS software development kit which provided by FANUC was used for data gathering which can make a connection between the PC and the CNC machine tools by means of TCP/IP protocol.By using the remote data and control flow of CNC machine tools,the FOCAS Library can be used for remote control of FANUC CNC machine tools.In order to realize the date compression technique to industrial processes,the traditional SDT was improved which can dynamic adjust tolerance and reduce compressing error using fitting by multiple models.In order to achieving an intellectual visualization monitor control system for CNC machine tools,an intellectual visualization monitor controls prototype system based on Unity3 D was designed which can realize remote control intuitively.The intelligent supervisor system was studied both experimentally and analytically.The real-time acquisition and remote control of production data of FANUC CNC machine tools and an intellectual visualization monitor control for CNC machine tools are realized.It made up for the lack of traditional monitoring methods and laid a strong foundation for the development of intelligent for manufacturing.
