At present, with the embedded system as the core of the data acquisition systems, data storage is a key technology. Especially for real-time high, a large quantity of data collection, and the need to work long hours to the collection site data acquisition systems, data acquisition efficiency, retention and stability must be guaranteed. Therefore, if high-speed large-capacity hard drives can be applied to data acquisition systems and advanced data processing using compression techniques, can greatly increase data storage capacity, lower storage costs, but also to improve the system's real-time long-distance transmission rate. Based on this, this article will detect temperature data, for example, the technology applied to temperature measurement and control field, a large number of temperature data collected is stored up, can be easily analyzed, processing and long-distance transmission, facilitate the work of future expectations and adjustment.In this paper, a 32-bit ARM microprocessor and embedded Real Time Operating SystemμC/OS-Ⅱfor the hardware and software core, build a set of Ethernet-based communications, embedded temperature data acquisition and control systems, and integrated into an advanced data processing compression technology. The accuracy of data collection according to the system requirements, using lossless compression techniques, and for the characteristics of the system will be predictive coding method combined with the LZ77 dictionary, obtained a new data compression method. And this algorithm the functionality of C language programming, the program has been implanted in embedded systems. Implementation of this algorithm greatly improves data storage efficiency and transmission efficiency. Greatly improves the system performance.Finally technical management personnel in order to facilitate on-line monitoring, this paper was prepared HTTP client monitoring software, so that the system will provide Internet communications and monitoring capabilities, but also gives the system is running, select the legend, a better proof of system functions to achieve results.
