The high temperature real three axis press is a experimental equipment which has two functions of constant temperature and constant pressure.It is mainly used in the study of rock engineering properties.The high temperature real three axis press is a experimental device which simulates the deep underground environment of high temperature and high pressure on the ground.Currently,China has the real three axis press with heating function rarely,and when it is in a constant temperature output,the control precision is low,it cannot meet the experimental demand better.In comparison,the similar foreign products have better performance,high precision,but theprice is relatively expensive.In order to change the current situation,it is urgent needs that China develops independently a high precision,low cost,good performance high temperature real three axis press to meet the needs of scientific research.In the light of this problem,embedded technology was appplied to the high temperature real three axis press in this paper.This paper introduces a kind of temperature control system design scheme about the high temperature real three axis press based on embedded Linux.Embedded technology is the advancedtechnology which combines network communication,digital technology,operating system,integrated circuit and other technologies with the actual research object.First of all,the background and research significance of the subject were introduced,discussed the research status related to the topic at home and abroad,and discusses the embedded system briefly.Secondly,according to the performance requirements of the high temperature real three axis press put forward the overall design scheme of temperature control system.The main control core of temperature control system used the embedded chip S3C2440.The software development regarded embedded Linux operating system as platform.Thirdly,hardware circuits and software parts of the temperature control system were designed.The control core of hardware circuits for temperature control system isARM9 processor S3C2440.According to the needs of temperature control system,the hardware circuits were extended through the peripheral interface.Using the S3C2440 PWM module outputed a pulse signal to the AC solid state relay to control minutely the average heating power of electric heating rod,so that the control precision and reliability of temperature control system were obviously improved.In the aspect of software design,the embedded Linux operating system and related equipment driver programs were transplanted.And the interface of human-computer interaction,temperature data acquisition and other programs were designed.In the end,the model of temperature control system was set up.The fuzzy PID control strategy was adopted to achieve the high precise control of the constant temperature output for the high temperature real three axis press.Moreover,the fuzzy PID control algorithm and the traditional PID were verified by simulation and experimental research.The simulation and experimental data also show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm has a good performance.That the fuzzy PID control algorithm was applied to the actual high temperature real three axis press temperature controller has obtained a good control effect,and the constant temperature performance and accuracy have been significantly enhanced.
