Temperature control system is used widely in such industries as metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, light textile, food processing, machine-building and so on. Application of hardware design and software design based on PC104 bus is an important way of designing industry control products.The measure and control of tempeature is one of the important tasks in process control.In a temperature control system, The temperature value is gathered by sensor in the working spot and input into the computer in the data form through A/D conversion, the resulting datas are stored, computed and displayed by using software of the temperature control system.The task is from items of Jiang Su brand lab constructing.In this project, I design an embedded tempeature control system according to the real tempeature box.The content of this paper is divided into the following parts:1. Introduction of both structure of the system and related hardwares which are based on an embedded flat roof.2. Model deducing of the temperature system, research and analysis of PID arithmetic based on the model are given.Furthermore, I deduce the describing function of a series of non-linear integrator.3. System softwares and temperature-control display design, which show the approach of software realization and related process, also, display of real-time temperature curves and realization of temperature surveillance are given.4. Debug of real system and analysis as well as discussions from it.
