In today’s society,because of the increasing number of patients with hand dysfunction,the research on rehabilitation training of hand has been paid more and more attention by the relevant professionals.At the same time,with the development of virtual reality technology,it also becomes a hot research point in the field of rehabilitation medicine.In this paper,the finger rehabilitation system based on virtual reality technology is studied,the rehabilitation glove is designed and the teaching rehabilitation system is complemented.This paper reviews the research status of rehabilitation treatment for patients with hand dysfunction,and analyzes the development trend of related technologies.On the basis of rehabilitation medicine,this paper discusses the characteristics of hand physiological structure,rehabilitation training and treatment requirement.An active rehabilitation training system based on virtual reality,a rehabilitation glove driven by pneumatic artificial muscles and a teaching rehabilitation system are presented.Specific contents are as follows:First of all,virtual rehabilitation training scenes and software platform are constructed according to rehabilitation training actions.And the scoring mechanism is designed as a rehabilitation evaluation.The 5DT data glove is connected with the virtual scene.Using the data acquisition function of 5DT data glove,the interaction of rehabilitation data can be realized.The active rehabilitation training system is applied for the patients with lighter hand injury.The rehabilitation database is also developed to store patient information.Secondly,in order to be safer,easier,more efficient and affordable,the pneumatic artificial muscle driven rehabilitation glove is presented.It is lightweight,comfortable,low cost and high safety.The rehabilitation glove is driven by pneumatic control system.With finger kinematics,the fingertip position,fingertip trajectory are analyzed in detail.Compared with the actual trajectory in rehabilitation training,the effectiveness of rehabilitation gloves design can be verified.Based on LabVIEW and Unity3 D,the software of rehabilitation training system was developed.And the virtual training and control management for the rehabilitation training system were realized which composed of rehabilitation glove and 5DT data glove.Finally,the performance of active rehabilitation training system and teachingrehabilitation training system are tesed.With the acquisition of surface electromyogram(sEMG)instrument,it analyzes the s EMG signal of finger movement muscle.Through the experiment of different grab still the feasibility of the design of rehabilitation gloves is verified.
