Radio Frequency Identification called RFID is a non-contact automatic identification using frequency firing signals reach the object of technical,this technology not only makes it easy to obtain information that is stored in the target object,but also can be on the target object tracking and positioning.The RFID technologies combine with the rapid development of Internet,multimedia and Internet of things industry,application in the field of logistics,transportation and medical industry.Because of the rapid development of the Internet of things,the use of the global positioning system(GPS)tracking of goods in transportation,but also the need for goods warehousing management and location.GPS system cannot meet the needs in the indoor environment,while the use of RFID technology to locate items became a research hotspot in recent years.This thesis focuses on several wireless signal strength based indoor location algorithm of an RFID system.The following aspects were studied and discussed:First research of RFID system hardware configuration and operation principle,current research and development trend of radio frequency identification technology is analyzed.Secondly,a variety of RFID positioning technology,such as based on the wireless signal time of arrival location technique,based on signal arrival angle positioning technology and wireless positioning technology based on signal intensity were studied,concluded that concluded that the location technology of wireless based on signal strength is more suitable for the needs of the market,based on the technology of wireless signal strength and various positioning algorithms are explained in detail.Then using MATLAB software to three sided measurement,three edge centroid methods and based on reference label of weight algorithm.The simulation experiments for each location algorithm results and analysis the advantages and disadvantages,and finally,using Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for indoor location.Simulation experiment of particle swarm optimization algorithm based on reference tags,think that wireless signal strength based indoor localization using Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is appropriate.The final realization of the reference label PSO localization experiment based on the use of laboratory equipment,and the results meet the expected.
