With the popularity of internet and smart phones,smartphone application(APP)promotes the development of intelligentelectronic products.But too much installation Of App takes up plenty of phone memory,which seriously degrade performance.Development of free pre-installed APP wireless control system can avoid this problem.Hence,this system has a bright future in embedded devices,smart home,industrial equipment and other fields.The browser/server(B/S)mode has been applied in many information management systems since 2000.Besides,with the development of hardware technology and the maturity of web page technique B/S mode in some ways can be par with APP.However,the technique of using B/S mode system to wireless control equipment is still in research.The main content of paper is the studies of the wireless control system which core is B/S mode system.Moreover,the paper has successfully applied the system in Numerical Control Equipment for free APP wireless control.On the basis of web page technique such as Hyper Text Transfer Protocol(HTTP),Common Gateway Interface(CGI),Callback function,Java Script,HTML programming and AJAX technology,the paper combines DNS spoofing,open source hardware Arduino and engraving machine software to build a wireless control system of the B/S mode.Then the paper applied the system to a laser engraving machine.The main contents and achievements of the paper include the following aspects:The wireless control system of the B/S mode which toke ESP8266 Wi Fi module as core communication module was built on the CGI function made up by HTTP request Callback function.Then the control system was proved to control multiple relay in wireless way.After discussing the DNS protocol,DNS reply message was constructed and DNS spoofing was applied in the web server to redirect the Web page request from browser.Because of the limit of hardware,timer in MCU was used to insure only one server operate in any time.After observed the internet data,it was proved that the method is practicable.Open source hardware Arduino and peripheral storage devices was used to expand the storage capacity of the system.Moreover,according to Arduino programming library,web file system was built to facilitate the operation of system.Canvas feature in HTML5 was used to get the image data uploaded by the browser and Java Script was used to binarize the image.After studied the command of the engraving machine as well as the software protocol,G-code was constituted by Java Script and server and sent to engraving machine through serial.Finally,the engraving machine can be control by smart phone and optimization algorithm was implanted into Java Script programming to improve the efficiency of the system.
