With the development of information technology and the innovation of business models,the traditional credit information system has ushered in new development opportunities,and mobile Internet credit services have been born.However,due to the low traditional credit coverage rate and the vague concept of public credit,Internet credit Emerging concepts also require constant adaptation from users.This means that while providing convenient services for users,credit services also need to continuously establish trust links with users to ensure that users can perceive the value of credit.In addition,user trust also helps to reduce the user's risk perception,promote the formation of user loyalty,and build a continuous benign relationship with users in an increasingly complex service context.Therefore,the mobile Internet credit service needs to be based on the user trust perspective,aiming at re-examining the reliability,system and sustainability of credit service with a new user experience design perspective,thus expanding the user trust experience design with service guiding significance strategy.This topic firstly analyzes and interprets the development trend of mobile internet credit service,the concept of user trust and the degree of user experience design intervention,and puts forward the core idea of user trust experience design.Then,based on the common features of user experience and user trust in the time dimension,the user trust experience cycle is divided into stages.On this basis,the key tasks and potential problems of each trust stage in the mobile Internet credit service are further analyzed.At the same time,combined with actual cases and theoretical traceability,the specific design elements of the user trust experience under each stage are clarified,and the initial user trust is output.Experience the design model.In the research stage of the project,we first explore the perceived clues that trigger user trust from a wide range of mobile Internet services,supplement and establish the elements and elements of the user trust experience design model of the previous stage,and conduct questionnaire surveys,in-depth user interviews,and Li.Research methods such as Kettle Scale refine the main trust issues and transformable design opportunities for users in different stages of mobile Internet credit services.Finally,based on the phased characteristics of the user's trust experience cycle,this topic has produced three design strategies for the user trust experience of mobile Internet credit services.In the initial trust phase,credit services should focus on the full scene mapping of service image communication and the attractive focus of content;in the stage of trust connection,credit services should carry out standardized construction of design language and form a sincere transmission of service information communication;Credit services also need to improve the community building of service network communities and the meaning building of user value.This paper has adopted different levels of user trust experience design methods to guide the service system in image perception,behavioral incentives,relationship connection,service verification,user depth requirements and other aspects,thereby enhancing users' overall trust in mobile Internet credit services.In the future,mobile Internet credit services and users will further build a stable and stable trust relationship to provide theoretical and practical directions.
