At first, this thesis describes the sinusoidal steady state calibrationmethod which implemented by the current international standard ISO16063-1:1998, and then combines with the low-frequency standard vibrationmeasurement system developed by the Institute of Engineering Mechanics ofChina Seismological Bureau, to analyze the lacks of the dynamic feature ofvibration sensor calibration, and to put forward a dynamic calibration method.This thesis researches the hardware and software needs of the dynamiccalibration method. On the basis of the existing low-frequency standardvibration measurement system, making some improvements of the systemhardware and software, and establishing a dynamic calibration system toapply to the dynamic calibration method. Researching relative technology ofthe dynamic calibration system, combined with existing experimentalconditions and to meet the conditions of dynamic performance calibrationneeds, then to solve the key issues in the dynamic calibration system.The key issues of dynamic calibration system including: first, randomvibration waveform selection and transmission of dynamic calibration system;second, signal data acquisition of multi-channel vibration sensor; third, thequartered laser interferometer collection of random vibration waveform of thelow-frequency vibration table, and synchronize with multiple vibration sensorsignal acquisition; fourth, low-frequency vibration frequency of featuremeasurement, as well as a repetition of the random vibration waveform in thelow-frequency vibration table; fifth, the expression of the vibration sensordynamic calibration results.This thesis is based on virtual instrument technology, applicationdevelopment software LabVIEW, with the supporting of National Instruments(NI) hardware devices, to develop waveform sent, collection, processing,analysis and storage virtual instrument. Finally, dynamically calibrate the891-2vibration sensors and force balance accelerometer developed by theInstitute of Engineering Mechanics of China Seismological Bureau, tocompare with the calibration results of sinusoidal steady state calibration, toanalyze the advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic calibration method.
