Intravenous infusion,a means of infusing intravenous drug mixture to the human body for a therapeutic purpose,is an important clinical treatment of hospital care and it is commonly used in clinical application because of its good therapeutic effect.But manual management is the main way for the infusion treatment process of most hospital currently.It needs dependents and nurses to observe the infusion treatment process what is prone to error,affects patients' rest and reduces the quality of treatment yet.In this paper,a set of intelligent infusion monitoring system is developed,which consists of infusion monitoring terminal(slave)and infusion management system(host).It can mainly achieve the function of controlling the infusion rate,suggesting the replacement of liquid,alarming the infusion failure as wel as the infusion monitoring terminal can control the status of each infusion terminal.According to the characteristics of hospital wards,the system is divided into two parts from the host and slave.The host is installed in the nursing station to mainly achieve the work of monitoring the slave state and give some simple instructions.The slave is fixed on the infusion stand besides the patient's bed to achieve infusion speed settings and monitoring and abnormal situation alarm.The host computer is composed of MCU,display and keyboard.The slave is controlled by STC15W4K58S4 MCU.The photoelectric sensor monitors the infusion speed.The infusion information is setted by the keyboard circuit.The infusion fault is indicated by the alarm circuit and the stepping motor performs the corresponding action.Master and slave use RS485bus-based asynchronous serial transmission communication mode to achieve multi-machine communication and apply C language to preparing infusion monitoring management system program.The medical staff in the host can manage the various infusion from the slave machines,meanwhile,the host in accordance with the slave address sends and receives data to let the host get the real-time collection of data from a number of the slave machines at the same time,so that the infusion information can be managed scientifically.The most prominent feature of the intelligent infusion monitoring system developed in this paper is to improve the reliability and safety of the infusion process,to realize the network and automation,greatly reducing the burden of medical staff and also to ensure the quality of patient treatment.The product has the advantages of easy to be used,high cost performance,with a wide range of applications.
