Company news has become the mainstream of financial media.It is the indicator of microeconomic and also concerned by the majority of investors.Therefore,the financial media is very competitive in the field of company news.However,in this fierce competition,it made company news become the most aggressive "experimental field" in the process of journalism reform.Caijing Magazine is an influential and professional financial journal in China.It has been established for a long time and adheres to the in-depth reporting,even it is under the great impact of the new media.That's why it has good reputation around the readers and the journalism industry.At present,the research field of Caijing Magazine involves brand strategy and editorial policy,etc.But it does not involve the aspects of news narratology or company news.In view of that,the author will try to study the company news in Caijing Magazine and sum up its narrative strategy from the aspect of news narratology.literature research and content analysis are the methods used in this paper to study the Caijing Magazine.First of all,company news from 2012 to 2016 in the Caijing Magazine are selected as samples for the analysis.After sorting out and studying a large number of papers and monographs,the author combines the past research conclusions and particularly focuses on analyzing the narrator,narrative words,narrative perspective and narrative strategy of Caijing Magazine.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 mainly summarizes the connotations of news narratology and company news.Chapter 2 analyzes the narrators of the company news in Caijing Magazine and concludes that hidden narrator is mostly used.In chapter 3,it analyzes the narrative words in Caijing Magazine,including the narrative time and the narrative structure.The conclusion is that the preference is based on flashback,scene,overview,etc.Chapter 4 is about narrative perspective.This study concludes that Caijing Magazine prefers tor the use of composite perspectives,because a single perspective is not qualified the narrator for the in-depth report.
