A Study On The Transformation Of Children's Newspaper And Periodical Editor In The Context Of Media Convergence

In the environment of print media is facing many challenges and China advocate national media convergence,the children's newspapers and periodicals belonging to the industry press explore the road of media convergence.In the process of media convergence and digital transformation,the most difficult and core part is the transformation of front-line practitioners.Editors are the core content producers of the children's newspapers and periodicals front-line practitioners.This paper focuses on the editing transformation of the domestic children's newspaper and periodical transformation.The thesis consists of six parts.The introduction part mainly clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,reviews the existing research results,and gives a brief description of the research ideas and research methods.The second part briefly reviews the development of the newspapers and periodicals,and introduces the present situation of the domestic children's newspapers and periodicals,and then expounds the necessity of the transformation of editors.The third part analyzes the audience's needs for media convergence of children's newspapers and periodicals through investigation and interview.Then analyses the situation of editing transformation and the existing problems,points out that the editors face challenges of changing ideas,translating editing perspective,learning and mastering new media knowledge and technology.The fourth part focuses on the WeChat public number,and points out the editing strategy of the editor,and analyzes the transition path of children's newspaper and periodical editor through two cases.The fifth part is a deep thought on children's newspaper and periodical editor's role under the background of media convergence,the transformation of editors need to convert role orientation,change the concept,innovate working process and mechanism,reform talents training mode.The last part points out the prospect of children's newspapers and periodicals,such as rely on the professional background,expand diversified users;connect users,provide solid service;construct the network community;promote the NIE movement and so on.
