With the rapid development of the information service industry,e-commerce has been developing with each passing day.Shopping websites represented by Taobao.com,JD.com and Dangdang.com have gradually developed into comprehensive e-commerce platforms.Furthermore,online shopping has become an indispensable element in the majority of people's life.With the arrival of experience economy,the various shopping websites have begun to attach much importance to the raise of the sales volume and the expanded economic benefit through the improvement of user experience.It is unobjectionable that user experience has become a strategy of product design.People come into contact with over one hundred different kinds of user experience every day,and only the most unambiguous forms of interaction can leave a retentive memory.This requests the various e-commerce websites to pay attention to every detail during users' experience of a product.Macro-interaction is integrated in the establishment of a new interactive pattern from the perspective of micro-interaction,which is the most unnoticeable in user experience.It is hoped that questions that exist in e-commerce websites can be improved and user experience can be elevated to a higher level.Micro-interaction is taken as the entry point in this paper,in which,details,as well as the philosophy of micro-interaction design are taken as the starting point.From the perspective of users,interaction is implemented on product details,and adequate attention is paid to all the details.Thus,the concept of user experience is implemented in specific methods and principles.As to users,micro-interaction is notmerely details,but emotional connection,joyful mood and a reflection of caring in design.This paper is divided into five chapters.The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper.Chapter One,Introduction.Through the analysis of the background,development and trend of e-commerce,the importance of user experience in e-commerce websites is summarized.Furthermore,the content and significance of the research are elaborated,and four research methods are proposed in this paper.Chapter Two,Micro-interaction and User Experience.The concept of micro-interaction is defined,and the structure of micro-interaction is introduced.Through the summary of the hierarchical relationship of experience with e-commerce websites,the crucial role that micro-interaction plays in user experience is indicated.Chapter Three,Behavioral Logic and Micro-interaction in E-commerce Websites.The shopping procedure of E-commerce websites are integrated in this paper,in which,different reflections of micro-interaction that exist in the shopping procedure are pointed out.Specifically speaking,they are micro-interaction in registration and login,commodity selection,account settlement and evaluation system.Chapter Four,Micro-interaction Design in E-commerce Websites.In accordance with the organization of the above chapters,case analysis is integrated,and the strengths and questions of micro-interaction in E-commerce websites are summarized.Furthermore,some viewpoints and methods of the design of micro-interaction are proposed accordingly.Chapter Five,Conclusion and Prospect.The main achievement of this paper is briefly stated,and the prospect of the future development of micro-interaction design is provided.The innovation of this paper lies in that it takes the shopping procedure of E-commerce as the entry point,and summarizes some viewpoints and methods of micro-interaction design during the shopping procedure through the study of the structure of micro-interaction.Thus,the whole viewpoints of the design are of greatvalue in the practical application in feasibly satisfying users' demands and raising the turnover of e-commerce websites.
