China is a big agricultural country,the output of crops has played an important role in the sustainable fundamental of our country,spraying pesticides is one of the most important measures to prevent and control diseases and insect pests.which plays a vital role in the healthy growth of crops.At present,most of the spraying equipment still relies on manual on-site operation,it has a low level of automation and intelligence.During the spraying operation,the surrounding environment is often accompanied by volatile agricultural chemicals,it seriously harms the health of the operators;indifference spraying is used in most of the existing spraying machines,it creates a serious waste and aggravates the pollution to the environment.In order to improve the intelligent level of agricultural machinery,in this paper,an intelligent spraying robot system with closed loop control and high automation is proposed,an unmanned intelligent spraying robot system is designed.It adopts sensor technology,precise spraying technology,configuration technology and programmable controller technology,This paper is aimed at the domestic spraying machinery which in general have low precision,high pollution,low intelligence,the problems of instability,targeted improvements and innovative designs have been carried out,an intelligent spraying robot is developed.It can realize stable work in complex and changeable field environment.And identify crop diseases and insect pests accurately,spray accurately,improve the efficiency of farmers greatly reduce production cost and the use of environmental pollutants,improve the operator's working environment,strengthens the health protection.After the test has been carried out,the spraying efficiency was increased by 2~3 times,compared with similar machines both here and abroad,the price is 1/4~1/3 of similar products abroad,when the technology is mature,it can be applied in other fields,it can not only greatly improve the intelligent level of the spraying machinery,reduce energy consumption and reduce labor cost,but also can promote the technical level of the agricultural machinery field in China,this project has good economic benefits and application prospects.
