Large-scale peeled-up coating pressing and decontaminated technology, is one of popular measures that eliminate radioactive aerosol and deposit. The multifunctional spraying vehicle is the important equipment in this technology, and it can spray the special detergents which have the effect of pressing and decontaminated to the ground and air. It is significant and application value for improving the spraying efficiency and protecting the operators to research the control system of the multifunctional spraying vehicle with higher automation. This thesis is on the basis of the requirement for development of the HQWP01A multifunctional spraying vehicle, and the key point is to research the control and operation which is reliable and simple in the multifunctional spraying vehicle. The main work is following:(1) According to the work theory and system requirement for the multifunctional spraying vehicle, the principle of the design in the control and operation system is put forward, and the holistic design project of the control and operation system is determined. The system has accomplished the concurrent and automatic control in the cab by means of the communication between PLC and IPC with touch screen. The operator has the information about the states and images of the equipments, and can control the system by installing the parameters.(2) On the basis of the analysis and study of the major parts and the design principles of PLC, it focus on the performance of the series of MITSUBISHI FX2N, and the model of the base unit of PLC and the special function blocks are determined. In addition, the design and lectotype of hardware device of the control system is accomplished.(3) In allusion to the holistic requirement of control and operation system, and with the hardware design, the design and function of software program is developed emphatically. Design the software program in terms of the control requirement and technical process with SWOPC-FXGP/WIN-C. In order to control the holistic system and exchange the data with the equipment to connect the elements from the computer interface with the data from equipments, the configuration programmer is used to design the Human Machine Interface (HMI). And achieve the design of Graphic User Interfaces and HMI control program. Then, the multifunctional spraying vehicle has a feedback control system through the spot data from HMI and the video frequency.(4) On the basis of the work summary, the key point and direction of the subsequent research is put forward, including the deeper development of remote monitoring of network system on the base of PSTN, which is used to consequently finish a network control system with more perfect design and stronger function.
