The use of gas has been going on for a long time,and in the next period of time is still the city's main cooking heating.However,the gas is widely used at the same time,there are huge security risks,gas leakage caused by poisoning,fire,explosion is numerous,for many people's life and property safety,gas leaks must be reasonable and effective monitoring,so the development of gas design Automatic monitoring system to solve this problem is important.This paper focuses on the design of ZigBee-based wireless sensor network district gas automatic monitoring system.Firstly,from the research background of gas monitoring system,the necessity of establishing gas monitoring system is analyzed,and the present situation of gas monitoring system in China is analyzed insufficient.Second,through the Internet of things three-tier technology architecture,ZigBee protocol wireless transmission technology theory,can achieve wireless network interconnection network.The CC2530 chip is chosen as the master chip.The sensor is composed of MQ-5 gas sensor and DS18B20 temperature sensor,and then the whole integrated circuit is designed.The software design part of the system includes the communication protocol between nodes,the communication protocol between nodes and computer,and the host computer software.ZigBee wireless communication protocol is integrated in the IAR development platform TI Z-STACK protocol stack design,and then programmed into the chip.The terminal node collects the information through the sensor,sends the collected information to the coordinator through the sending program,and the coordinator transfers the information to the upper computer on the computer through the RS232 serial port.The host computer receives the transmission information and then displays the terminal node terminal real time status.Hardware and software design is completed,the entire system to test the hardware circuit board for testing,and then on the basis of the hardware,the ZigBee communication protocol and the host computer software testing,the host computer shows the sensor node information to achieve gas automatic monitoring system The design requirements.The experimental results show that the whole system nodes have good data stability,flexible networking and low power consumption,and have high value.The use of ZigBee wireless sensor network automatic monitoring system,can meet the monitoring status of real-time wireless transmission remote control,effectively avoid the harm caused by gas leakage.For the residents to facilitate the use of gas to create good conditions at the same time also greatly enhance the efficiency of gas safety control,but also to enhance the level and quality of residential gas control,and thus effectively avoid the residents use the gas link may produce a series of security incidents The formation and appearance.At the same time,the safety of the residents' use of gas is improved,which can effectively deal with emergencies and avoid the occurrence of accidents,which is of great practical significance to people's life and property.
