The radar servo system is the core equipment for radar reconnaissance of the combat target.Its main function is to drive the radar to scan the horizontal fan at various speeds and adjust the pitch angle of the radar.It will find the target and transmit it to the processing software of the radar data.It can adjust the radar reconnaissance equipment in a pitch direction and search fan sweep of the azimuth target.This thesis analyzes and tests the principle and requirements of the design of the servo system combined with a model reconnaissance vehicle.It is committed to design the all-digital radar servo system based on CAN2.0B protocol to meet the general requirements of vehicle development.Through the analysis of servo system's function and technical indicators,this thesis gives overall design scheme.The system uses master-slave design: the main control module is TI's dedicated control chip named TMS320F28335 that is the core.It can achieve azimuth,pitch data and control instructions transmission through RS422 serial port and radar host communication.It can also achieve multi-device information exchange through the CAN bus.Vehicle data acquisition module using TLC3574 IPW chip as the core,it is mainly responsible for azimuth photoelectric encoder,pitch potentiometer data acquisition and processing to achieve the speed and rotation angle of information transmission.This system uses PWM speed motor control Chip and H bridge brush DC motor drive to achieve the DC motor drive.Then ultimately achieve the rotation of radar antenna in the horizontal and pitch direction.It use the fuzzy PID algorithm to achieve the servo control,Through the PI adjustment machine,servo system's calibration operation can be realized,it can meet many action requirements of radar antenna,such as fan sweep,sweep,reset and stop.After completing the design of the system,a special test method is designed for some technical indexes.Using the radar data processing software,combined with Zhou Li gong's CAN card and other vehicle equipment to build the system test environment,after testing,it shows that the servo system module's function is normal and its control performance is good.It can meet a type of reconnaissance vehicle car radar requirements.It has practical application value.
