The servo system is an automatic control system with mechanical parameters as the control object.It can make the output change quickly and accurately following the change of input quantity,so it can realize follow-up or automatic tracking of the target.The servo system has many methods to realize according to requirements.There is a servo system that drives a control object by a DC motor,a servo system that drives a control object by a three-phase asynchronous motor,and a servo system that drives a control object by a DC brushless motor.This paper mainly studies the all-digital AC servo system applied the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control object on a certain type of radar.The system adopts three-loop control that position loop,current loop,and speed loop to form a full-closed loop control system.The outer loop is controlled by a position loop,and the inner loop is a speed loop and a current loop,Make the system meet the requirements of stability and precision,as well as rapidity.Firstly,according to the requirement of servo technique target in the radar whole machine requirements issued by the agency,the overall plan design of the servo is adopted.The servo system adopts the all-digital AC servo system based on space vector pulse width modulation SVPWM control technology,Through The adjustment of reasonable PID control parameters in the driver,then achieves the optimal control of the system and completes the overall requirements for the indicators.Combined with the overall plan of the whole servo system,the calculation and selection of components such as driver,actuator motor,measuring component,system hardware structure design,servo controller design,corner code conversion unit design,azimuth manual function design,pitch emergency function Design,system BITE design and electromagnetic compatibility design.combined with system hardware designed system software,edit the corresponding software,mainly including servo control program,corner code conversion program,system BITE program.According to the three elements of electromagnetic compatibility,the electromagnetic compatibility design is added to the hardware design circuit,and the electromagnetic compatibility design is improved according to the actual debugging process.The system verifies the target of each module on each module design platform.At the same time,the current loop,position loop and current loop are designed in the human-computer interaction software provided by the drive.Finally,the system was tested and analysed successfully.The equipment of servo system described in the paper has been debugged.After testing,all the indicators meet the requirements of the system and the system indicators.The system has high precision,good stability and quick response,thus verifying the reasonable and superiority of the drive control object of the all-digital AC servo system.
