In this paper, in an airborne radar servo system design work process, on the basis of fully considering the requirement of radar, give consideration to both economy and manufacturing convenience of servo system. Completed the development of electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled double vane swing hydraulic motor position control system. Combined with 3 d modeling and finite element analysis method, completed the design of the double vane swing hydraulic motor, and a hydraulic motor static physical performance test was carried out. After in-depth analysis of the mathematical model of valve-controlled motors,Choose the PID control mode which commonly used in engineering. The control parameters was determined by the simulation software, Trial production prototype passed the servo performance test. The servo system with radar passed the execution of environmental testing according to the requirements of military specifications. Along with the radar, servo system is working properly after installed, meet the requirements of the relevant carrier aircraft.This paper mainly carried out the following work:1. Completed the design of the double vane swing hydraulic motor and static performance test work was carried out. After in-depth analysis, the structure parameters of the double vane swing hydraulic motor was determined. Then the seal design of key parts, internal leakage control calculation, finite element analysis of structure design in detail, and complete the 3 d modeling of hydraulic motor. For the first batch of hydraulic motor, The parameters of static performance such as starting current, the operating pressure differential and inner leakage was tested.2. Select the FF-102 type electro-hydraulic servo valve as power components of valve controlled motor position control system, According to the three basic equation of the hydraulic power component, the transfer function of valve control motor was deduced. And established the mathematical model of valve-controlled motor module, obtained the transfer function.3. Introduces a PID control strategy, After a great deal of simulation and debugging test, The suitable PID parameter is determined, And the test prototype was tested. Simulation and test results show that, the control strategy of the servo system has reached the requirement.This study contributes to the double vane swing hydraulic motor and its servo system is developed in stages of design and improvement, for the same kind of airborne electronic product design reference.
