With the increasing pace of the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,new changes have taken place in the world.Now a word "intelligent manufacturing" is very popular,which is newly based on sensor,software and big data.Chinese manufacturing industry faces enormous challenges in innovation,technology and ecology and other aspects,in the internal and external environment,the State Council promulgated the "Chinese manufacturing 2025" and other policy documents in March 2015,It Stated definitely in this document: In order to occupy a tiny space in the current fierce competition in the global market,we must seize the commanding heights of science and technology innovation,improve Chinese manufacturing capacity,technology and innovation as the starting point,and enhance Chinese comprehensive strength.PROFIBUS is the most widely used field bus technology in the world.The annual growth rate of PROFIBUS is 25%,which is one of the fastest growing field bus types.It has the following characteristics: wide range of application,strong signal transmission ability,good communication quality and low cost,it gradually replaced the low rate,unable to open interconnection and distributed control such as RS232 serial devices in the application of industrial automation area.The highest cost-effective of phase laser ranging module is chosen in the thesis.The RS232 and PROFIBUS-DP bus interface device compatibility as research subject,in order to develop a technology specifically for the connection between RS232 interface and PROFIBUS-DP bus data transfer device,this technology has broad market prospects and considerable economic value.In this paper,We selected the SIEMENS SPC3 as the PROFIBUS-DP protocol processing chip.Through the establishment of the PC based PROFIBUS-DP master station debugging system,the self-developed GSD files,STEP7 and other communication software to realize the data exchange between the master and slave station,demonstrating the feasibility of the design.
