Fieldbus is an open, digital, multi-point communications bottom layer control network。It is promising for application in manufacturing, process industry, transportation and building automation system. PROFIBUS is highly reliable, flexible and real-time. Based on chronological order, protocol is including three types (DPVO, DPV1, DPV2). PROFIBUS-DPV1 increase the non-cycle services and expansion of communication with the Class 2, based on DPVO. So the existing products are successfully upgraded. The current certified products of domestic developer are mainly conforming to DPVO, DPVI little, DPV2 none, as well as the station with higher technological equipment to be developed. Therefore, PROFIBUS-DPV1 has certain advantages in its technical feasibility and market.After a detailed study of the theoretical basis of PROFIBUS-DP protocol, transmission technology, data storage mechanism, communication mechanism, this paper use AT89S52 microcomputer and SPC3 to achieve the PROFIBUS-DPV1 intelligent slave. It has 8 digital signals input and output, the acquisition and conversion of the industrial equipment and fuzzy controller.The study of this paper includes:(1) Research and analysis the possible faults appearing on the PROFIBUS-DPV1 system, and enhance the reliability of theoretical methods of PROFIBUS-DPVI field bus control system.(2) Study the structure of SPC3. Understand its protocol implementations. Based on the above basis, achieve the PROFIBUS-DP communication.(3) Complete the software design between the station and the slave, including the implementation of PROFIBUS-DPV1 protocol.(4) Add fuzzy controller to achieve the calculation of data and then control the industrial equipment.(5) Built a single station-slave PROFIBUS-DPV1 network based on the station of PLC to test the PROFIBUS-DPV1 communications.Finally, the works of this paper were summarized, and proposed the research work in the furture.
