The metal ceramics heater is made by ceramics and wire through a certain process.The wire is heated and the energy is transmitted by heat conduction when the metal ceramic heater is connected with the power supply.The metal ceramic heater has the advantages of fast heating speed and safe use,so it is widely used in the industries of medical instruments,communication devices,household appliances and so on.The metal ceramic heater needs to be sorted according to its resistance value in the process of production.At present,the metal ceramic heater is mainly sorted by handwork in the process of production,the sorting efficiency is low,and this is very error-prone,this can lead to a low success rate of sorting and a low productivity of metal ceramic heater.This paper designed an automatic sorting device of metal ceramic heater based on enterprise's practical requirement.This device can detect the resistance of the metal ceramics heater automatically and sort it automatically.What's more,it can improve the sorting efficiency of metal ceramics heater,it can also improve the productivity and reduce the labor cost.The main work is as follows:Firstly,Analyze the sorting task and the degree of automation of the automatic sorting device,discuss the overall distribution and the transmission device of the automatic sorting device,determine the six-station form of sorting device,choose PLC as the control unit of the control system,design the overall scheme of the automatic sorting device,design the scheme of turntable,detecting institution and sorting institution.Secondly,Design the mechanical structure of the automatic sorting device combined with the idea of modular design,design the working table,fixture,turntable,detecting institution and sorting institution,select the type of cam indexers,gear motor and cylinder.Carry out the stress analysis of the key component of the mechanical structure.Finally,Design the overall scheme of the control system according to the functions,select the type of key hardware,including the PLC,DC resistance tester,inverter,servo driver,servo motor and touch screen.Design the hardware circuit of each part of the control system.Design the software and interface with the idea of modular design based on the function of each structure.Formulate the debugging process of the metal ceramics heater based on the principle of from local to global.
