A kitting manufacturing enterprise which include multi-plants,multi-package workshop and one warehouse is studied.This enterprise has designed different kit group to satisfied customization demands,attempt to adapt the growing consumer demands and pursue new competitive advantage.Complex product order construct complicate the mesh structure of multi-dimension production logistics(PL)system,and the complex PL system not only hamper the accurate planning forecast but also enhance the difficulty of PL system real time monitor and PL re-schedule for the existence of customer's dynamic demand and low information level.“Made in China 2025” said that promote the technology of intelligent manufacturing progress and intelligent logistics management applied to the production process based on the accelerate integration of information technology and manufacturing technology.On account of these official document,this paper research the PL kitting synchronization problem of a kit manufacturing enterprise under the IoT environment.The ultimate objective of this paper is cope with the influence from consumer uncertainty demands by real-time information sharing in every PL section and collaborative optimization of all section at vertical dimension and horizontal dimension.The main research work includes the following 5 aspects:(1)Based on the kitting demand at different PL section,comprehensive analysis the kitting concept applied in PL area,and classification summary the research review of kitting concept;(2)Extend the AUTOM information infrastructure to a kitting manufacturing adapted IoT information infrastructure,and provided IoT device deployment scheme in every PL section;(3)Analysis the possible dynamics happened in PL execution process of kitting manufacturing enterprise,and provide a kitting synchronization control mechanism to measure different dynamic intension,which afford guiding significance for system accurate decision;(4)Consider the superiority of ATC solve large scale optimization problem,modeling the PL system of the studied enterprise,and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of PL synchronization optimize by decomposed system target into hierarchical structure.(5)Consider the physical demand of cooperative enterprise,develop a PL kitting synchronization information system to cope with dynamic problem likes temporary plugging order.Finally,use MATLAB software to simulate the kitting synchronization optimization problem,Through the result analysis from simulation we can found: with the production increase,kitting synchronization greatly reduce the cache cost,inventory cost and delay penalty cost for un-kitting control;Synchronization cost lower with the earlier dynamic happened,and both optimization cost tend to be consistent with the later dynamic happened;Synchronization cost high with the larger strength of the dynamic,and both optimization cost tend to converge.
