Due to the economic globalization,market competition,and diverse product demands,current manufacturing industry presents the characteristics of informatization,servitization and specialization.Consequently,higher requirements for the production processes have been put forward,such as the interconnection of manufacturing resource,the synergy of business processes,the autonomy of participants,and the servitization of manufacturing modes.With the rapid development of manufacturing and information technologies(e.g.cloud computing,Internet of Things),many new smart manufacturing modes,such as cloud manufacturing(CMfg),Internet of Things based manufacturing,social manufacturing,were proposed and gained wide attention.However,current research mainly focuses on the static optimizaition models and methods in the traditional manufacturing systems,and rarely investigates the active perception and dynamic configuration of manufacturing resources.In order to address this issue and promote agile,service-oriented,green,and smart production,this thesis mainly focuses on the key technologies of “active perception and optimal configuration of smart manufacturing sevices”,including the overall architecture for the active perceptions and optimal configuration of smart manufacturing sevices,the active perception and integration of the real-time information of manufacturing resources,sevices encapsulation and virtualization access model of manufacturing resources,and the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services.The main contents are concluded as follows.Firstly,based on the analysis of some related conceptions,the overall architecture of active perception and optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services is proposed.The collaboration logic of particiants(i.e.service provider,customer,manufacturing cloud platform)and the operation logic of active perception and optimal configuration of smart manufacturing sevices are discussed.Then,the key technologies are explained.Secondly,the framework for the Industrial Internet of Things-based active perception and integration of the real-time information of manufacturing resources are proposed.Its key components are discussed in detail.The real-time information integration service is designed to establish a bridge for exchanging information between heterogeneous information systems and manufacturing excecution level.A near-life scenario is constructed to illustrate real-time tracking and tracing information of manufacturing resources.Thirdly,a service encapsulation and virtulization access model of manufacturing machine is presented.The framework and key technologies are proposed to make the manufacturing capability of machine be perceived actively,and make the production process more transparent and be accessed.Through a kind of plug and play manner and loose coupling mode,the proposed methods provided a new paradigm for virtualization access,initiative found,and optimal configuration of large-scale manufacturing resources in smart manufacturing environment.Fourthly,aiming at the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the enterprise level,the decision autonomy of the enterprise is considered to keep its flexibility and sustainable competition advantages.The distributed model of the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the enterprise level is presented.A newly emerged distributed optimization method,augmented Lagrangian coordination is used to solve the proposed problem.A selecting element is introduced to accomplish the selection of sevice chains which are in the competition relationship.The proposed method can provide flexible,efficient and automotous process for the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the enterprise level.Fifthly,aiming at the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the shop floor level,the capabilities of self-organization and decision autonomy of manufacturing cells and machines are considered.The distributed model of the the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the shop floor level is presented.The analytical target cascasding method is used to solve the proposed problem,and an OR element is introduced to accomplish the selection of manufacturing cells which are in the competition relationship.The proposed method can provide flexible,efficient and automotous process for the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services in the shop floor level.Lastly,an industrial case is used to verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method for the optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services.A simulation system is developed for the active perception and optimal configuration of smart manufacturing services.The functions of all the system modules are illustrated from the participants' perspectives.
